2) People that know but don't do nothing!
Spectators in life. Someone has to watch whats happening!
Some of these people will even try to talk you out of doing it!

3) People that act but not for long! 
They get involved then get distracted and do something different never finish what they start!

4) People that act and fast and keep focused until finished!
They are the champions, the winners!
